 We realize that you have an extremely busy schedule and that your job requires much traveling and we are genuinely glad to know that you will take the time to meet with groups whose interests are impacted by your agency's decisions.

 Many of our members commented that it is nice to see that not all people in Government service are cold, callous bureaucrats who simply give lip service to the various user groups that their decisions impact upon.
