city, State and Federal service employees that persevered against
an insurmountable catastrophe with sheer determination.

To all the men, women and children that were effected by the horrific act of
terrorism that occurred in NYC at the World Trade Center on Sept.11, 2001.

To all the families and friends that lost a loved one.
